About
An independent project, built carefully.
This platform was built after seeing how difficult it is to turn years of examination papers into useful preparation information. It is not affiliated with the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
The method
The historical intelligence is being built through a documented research process: sources are registered and checksummed, papers are split into atomic questions, each question is classified with its evidence, uncertain cases go to human review, and only approved records are meant to reach the analytics. The research methodology and the taxonomy are versioned separately.
- 01
Official sources first
Every document links to its official ICSI, ICAI or ICMAI source. Third-party sites are never treated as authoritative.
- 02
A versioned taxonomy
Questions are classified into chapters and topics taken from the ICSI syllabus. The Company Law & Practice taxonomy is frozen at version 0.3. The taxonomy is the map of the syllabus; it says nothing about whether any question has been checked.
- 03
Traceable numbers
Each Company Law & Practice figure comes from specific question parts of the official papers, with their paper, page and question number.
- 04
Uncertainty is shown, not hidden
The method requires ambiguous classifications to be reviewed by a person before release. Content removed from the syllabus is kept for history but excluded from current priorities.
- 05
History, not prediction
Frequency, coverage and recency describe past papers. Priorities are explained in plain numbers, never as a probability of appearing.
